The Openwork Partnership has pledged to promote gender diversity by:
-
We are committed to improving gender diversity and inclusion across our business.
As part of this, we:
- have an Executive team member who is accountable for gender diversity and inclusion
- set internal targets for gender balance in senior management
- publish our progress against these targets each year on our website
- link Executive pay to the delivery of these targets
Our CEO, Rob Barker, is responsible for leading this work at Executive level.
We have committed to increasing female representation in senior and middle management to 40% by the end of 2026. This stood at 36% in 2022.
By the end of 2025, we reached 40%, meaning we are on track and have already met this target early.

- Retention and Promotion of female talent within the business.
