Making a difference
We change lives and through the contributions made by our supporters we make a difference to vulnerable communities.
About The Openwork Foundation
We aim to make a positive difference where it matters most.
So, we work together and with others to support vulnerable children and adults in the UK and overseas. Last year alone colleagues and advisers raised over £750,000 to support those most in need in our communities.
We’ve been the heart of the Openwork family since 1981 and have donated more than £23m over the years. We deliver grant, fundraising and volunteer programmes, designed to engage businesses, advisers and colleagues in The Openwork Partnership, to support our local communities.
We believe that we can all make a difference – and our approach to our corporate and social responsibilities helps us all deliver that difference as fully and as wholeheartedly as we can.
Our registered charity number is 1184592 and registered address is The Openwork Foundation, Auckland House, Lydiard Fields, Swindon, SN5 8UB.
During 2025
Raised
Our colleagues and advisers raised over £1,000,000 in 2025 including the 50% uplift from The Partnership.
Grants
We awarded £738,000 in grants to UK registered charities operating here and overseas.
Impact
Over 315,000 lives were impacted by the grants we gave to make a difference to the lives of vulnerable people, and we supported 124 charities in total.
Our people
The Openwork Foundation is supported through a network of volunteers and Ambassadors across The Openwork Partnership, including Owl Financial, Omnis and 2plan.
