Developing our modern workplace
We believe every one of us should be able to balance a successful career with our commitments and interests outside of work. To help you bring your best self to work, our flexible working culture provides choice, opportunity and mutual value.
We trust our colleagues to choose when, where and how they work. This means flexibility to suit the individual need, ensuring optimum productivity and effectiveness. Whilst some roles will require an element of on-site working, our remote working tools enable us to work effectively and collaboratively wherever we are. Part-time working and job-sharing requests will also be positively explored wherever possible.
Our corporate social responsibility in relation to our colleagues
Recognised as one of the best places to work
We’re incredibly proud of the culture that we’ve been nurturing across The Openwork Partnership in recent years, focusing on the wellbeing and engagement of our amazing colleagues. We have been awarded the Best Companies 2-Star Outstanding accreditation and have been accredited for 7 years.
Our communication strategy is key to ensuring we keep our positive company culture alive, colleagues connected to the business and their wellbeing supported, particularly with more colleagues now working remotely. We have many tools designed to help us achieve this, including regular all colleague and manager briefings, a monthly colleague publication, lunch & learns and quarterly colleague and team recognition presentations.
