We are welcoming the latest group on its successful graduate recruitment scheme as it continues to invest in career development.
Our Class of 2022 graduates, who joined the company in October last year, are moving into Adoption Consultant roles supporting the roll-out of The Openwork Partnership’s CRM system ConcertHub. They have already successfully completed their RO1 exams and will be trained on how to become an Adoption Consultant with the support of graduates from the company’s first graduate programme.
The 17 graduates in the Class of 2022 will spend this year working with network firms on ConcertHub and will then have the option to be placed in two head office departments of their choice next year.
Carrie Morris, Chief People Officer at The Openwork Partnership said: “Our graduate scheme has been a huge success and we look forward to welcoming the latest recruits as they move on to support network firms with the adoption of ConcertHub.
“The graduates from the Class of 2021 and 2022 have brought a fresh perspective to the business as we work to help mentor and support the next generation of advisers and specialists entering the financial services industry.
“We are committed to leading the market in making sure our teams and network of advisers reflect the diversity of the communities we serve.”
The first graduate scheme was launched in January 2021 and saw 14 graduates move through the training schedule gaining in-depth knowledge on supporting adviser firms to use the ConcertHub system to grow their businesses. These colleagues are now moving onto the next stage of their careers – either as qualified wealth advisers in network firms or in roles within the company’s head office.
The graduate scheme builds on the ongoing investment in the career fulfilment and wellbeing of employees which has seen The Openwork Partnership rated one of the UK’s best places to work for three years in a row.
