On Sunday 27 April, seven runners took to the streets of the capital, to raise funds for The Openwork Foundation.
Running 26.2 miles is an incredible achievement and an unusually warm day added to the challenge. Despite this, the team powered on, with the hours of training paying off.
So far, the runners have raised £18,000, which will make a real difference to vulnerable people who are supported through the Openwork Foundation’s grants programmes, with The Openwork Partnership also uplifting all fundraising totals by 50%.
A huge congratulation to each of the incredible individuals who took on this challenge for your dedication, fundraising, and determination.
