How does it work?
If you know a qualified adviser or spot a vacancy in our network you think might suit someone you know, encourage them to apply or reach out to us. Make sure they tell us you’ve referred them.
If they're offered a job and stay in the post for six months, then we’ll pay you £500 (subject to tax and NI). You can also refer a firm to us if you think they might want to join our network.
We’ll pay you £500 per qualified adviser (up to a maximum of £2,000) once we’ve onboarded the firm and they’ve stayed in the network for 12 months.
Who can I refer?
You can refer anyone who has relevant experience for one of our open vacancies. We’re particularly keen to talk to:
- Qualified people who don’t currently advise but want to move into giving advice.
- Experienced advisers who want to work for a new firm.
- Ambitious advisers looking to launch their own firm with our support.
- Business owners who want to move their firm to a more supportive environment.
- Existing principals who want to diversify into new areas of advice and offer a holistic service to their clients.
