How to get started
We have a relationship with a number of universities and also work with experienced graduate recruitment teams to make sure we offer the opportunity to a broad spectrum of graduates from varied backgrounds. We offer webinars with interested students to give them a flavour of the Graduate Wealth Pathway.
Our selection criteria & process
- We look for Graduates who have a 2:1 degree or above in a finance, or finance related degree. More importantly we look for individuals who can offer something extra like work experience or time spent volunteering.
- The first stage will be selection for a telephone interview with our experienced recruitment team. This helps us to understand each other, and the candidate can learn more about the opportunity.
- Candidates successful at this stage will complete a series of online behavioural assessments prior to being put forward to the final stage.
- The final part is a half-day, multi-task interview conducted remotely with members of the senior management team. Candidates deliver presentations, work in teams on a topic and are interviewed by two senior members of The Openwork Partnership management team.
Successful candidates are welcomed as a group by senior management and our CEO at a welcome session in the October before starting officially at the beginning of following January.
